Free voting

DailyVote is an entertainment and opinion platform. Browsing and voting are free. Daily is a featured experience among other available polls. Results reflect recorded identities and are not scientific sampling, research or election results. One ballot is accepted per voting identity per poll, and the original recorded choice cannot be changed. Do not manipulate counts, create abusive identities, bypass verification or disrupt the service.

Creator submissions and purchases

Question creation through the iOS app uses one submission credit per accepted review request. Creators sign in with Apple so credits and submission status can follow their account across devices. Apple’s purchase sheet and localized product metadata show the actual price before purchase. The website does not sell submission credits or accept paid questions.

Enter your question and choices, preview them and complete preliminary moderation before purchasing. A preliminary rejection costs no credit. A verified credit is redeemed only when the server durably accepts that exact submission into review. Retrying the same accepted request does not spend another credit. Purchase does not guarantee approval, exposure, publication date, votes or revenue.

A rejected review revision returns one submission credit. You may revise and submit again using an available credit, or appeal the decision without paying another fee for the appeal. Credits do not expire. Apple handles cash-refund requests; a request is not a guaranteed refund. A verified refund reverses the funded credit and may hold or remove the affected poll. Refund reversal does not silently republish removed content; administrator review is required.

Unused credits are recoverable through the same linked creator account until you intentionally delete it. Finished consumable credits are not restored by StoreKit’s Restore Purchases function. Account deletion makes unused credits unrecoverable, as disclosed in the app. Previously verified history purchases retain their existing entitlement and restore behavior.

Community standards and moderation

Only submit content you have the right to share. Prohibited content includes hate, harassment, threats, explicit sexual material, bullying, personal or sensitive information, spam, advertising, deceptive questions and manipulative answers. See the community guidelines. By submitting, you permit DailyVote to review, moderate, edit before publication and display an approved poll with your chosen creator attribution.

Configured safety and quality checks produce approval, manual-review or rejection outcomes. Low-risk questions may publish automatically only under an explicitly enabled administrative policy and verified final moderation. Unavailable or uncertain AI holds content for review. Administrators may override decisions, investigate reports and remove content. Poll text and choices are not silently rewritten after voting begins.

Reporting, blocking and sharing

Use a poll’s report control for inappropriate content and block a creator to hide their polls. Creators can appeal a rejected revision through submission status or contact support. There are no comments or direct messages in this release. Share question text, choices and canonical links without results; the provided share tools follow that rule.
